Looking back, Moving forward
During the first quarter, I have learned many new things that helped me grow both academically and personally. I discovered new topics in different subjects that made me more curious and eager to learn. I improved my time management skills and learned how to prioritize tasks better. I also learned the importance of asking questions when I don’t understand something, and how to work better with my classmates during group activities.
However, the quarter wasn’t without its challenges. I struggled at times with deadlines, especially when multiple assignments were due at the same time. There were moments when I felt overwhelmed with the workload, and I found it hard to focus when I was tired or distracted. In some subjects, I also had a hard time understanding the lessons right away, which made me feel frustrated.
To overcome these challenges, I started organizing my schedule more carefully. I made a habit of writing down all my tasks in a planner so I wouldn’t forget anything important. I also made time for short breaks to avoid burnout and tried to sleep earlier to stay focused in class. Whenever I struggled with lessons, I asked for help from my teachers or classmates, and I reviewed the topics at home until I understood them better.
Moving on, I will continue to improve my study habits and stay more consistent with my responsibilities. I will try to manage my time even better and avoid procrastinating. I also plan to participate more actively in class and keep a positive attitude towards learning. I know that every quarter brings new challenges, but I am ready to face them and keep improving.

Eat Smart, Live Strong
Nutrition month is celebrated every year to remind us the importance of healthy eating and proper nutrition. It is a time to learn bout how the food we eat, affects our bodies and over-all being. Good nutrition helps us grow strong, have energy, and prevent illness.
During this month, people are encouraged to make better food choices, like eating more fruits and vegetables, drinking plenty of water and staying active. To make the lessons of nutrition month more engaging and memeorable, our school specifically Technology and Livelihood Educational club, prepared series of fun activities like: fruits and vegetable salad making, oratorical contest, food festuval and nutri. Jingle. Each activity is designed not just to be fun and engaging, but also to educate andninspire people to make healthier food choices. By participating in these events, individuals gain valuable knowledge about nutrition, develop practica skills for preparing nutritious meals, and become more aware of the benefits of eating well. In the next paragraph, I will explain how these activities support the goals of nutriton month and promoye a healthier lifestyle for everyone.
Among all the activities prepared by the Technology and livelihood educational club, thr food festival was the most effective and attracted the highest participation from the students. The nfood fest attracted more people because it was fun and eciting event where everyone could come togethet to enjoy a variety of healthy foods, some students sold, sandwiches, lemonade, and others. Many were curious to try new fruits, vegetables, and nutritious snacks that they don’t usually eat everyday. This event encouraged participants to make healthier food options.
These events made it easier to understand the mportance of good nutrition. This fits well this year’s theme. “Foood at nutrition, security, maging Priority! Sapat na pagkain karapatan natin!” Through these efforts, we can alll word toward a better health and food security.
My life in Paragraphs
Everyone has an unique story to tell, and this is mine. I'm just a regular student who figure things out as I go my way. I have my own interests, goals and struggles. Life is full of challenges, but I try my best to always stay positive. I'll be sharing a bit about my personality, my interest and what makes me who I am today.
There's a lot of things that I find interesting/amusing like drawing, dancing, sports and others, but somehow I am not good in any of those. I struggle on find things that I'm good at and I also enjoy. I've tried many things this summer break: reading, cooking, journaling, doing art. And I've realized that I only enjoy things when I'm skilled on doing it. One of the things I enjoy is doing my makeup or any girly activity like dressing up, doing my hair and etc. Doing activities like these make me forget my problems and also my insecurities. Some people may think that doing your makeup is a waste of time and useless because we all have our own uniqueness in terms of our looks or faces, and I agree. Everyone looks different for a reason, and that's what makes us special.
I think saying what I enjoy doing, pretty much explains or sums up my personality and interests. I prefer not going out and meeting friends. I love being aloe and doing my own things. Sometimes having a a lot of friends can be a burden to your studies. That explain why I only have one close friend, who I can talk about my personal problems, interests and life. I can only express my true self when I am comfortable with that person. A person who I can trust my secrets with. It's hard to find people like them, and I am very grateful that I have a friend like her.
What makes me who I am today is everything that I've been through and the people around me. The things that I have experienced has helped me shape the ways I think and act. My personality, the things I enjoy, and my goals all playa part in making me unique. I am not perfect, I commit some mistakes just like others. I'm, always willing to learn from my mistakes and learn more things as I grow. All this help me become who I am today.
Our school’s 124th Foundation Day was truly a special and unforgettable experience. From the start, everyone was excited, and the energy ...
